Faces Made for Radio
RFF may eventually need two full-time employees:
- Executive Director—pays at least 35K. In charge of operations, oversees accounts payable and recording deposits, keeping public file for FCC inspection. In charge of on-air programming, production and scheduling on-air volunteers.
- Fundraiser—pays at least 25K, plus commission. In charge of fundraising and underwriting. Mobilizes volunteers for fundraising events.
A bookkeeper can be contracted part-time to assist in preparing quarterly statements and keeping track of the account balance.
A Web Developer {That’s Me!} and an Engineer should also be contracted on a part-time basis.
